I don't know. I had some fabrics that would suit her. Didn't come out as well as I'd hoped, but it served its purpose as hand-stitching practice and was fun to make.
Grizabella isn't supposed to be pretty, so if the doll didn't come out as you hoped, we wouldn't know. Is there a different feature you wanted to exhibit?
Mostly that her arms and legs ended up being too stiff and unable to be manipulated, leaving them just kind of sticking out awkwardly. But it's true that Grizabella is a testament to the fact that imperfect (or even malformed) things can be lovely.
She's good for hugging.
